((I'm so sorry, I have been so busy!)) Zaphir felt embarrassed automatically. When Renn had made a joke, he blushed under his fluffy fur. Zaphir was secretly in love with Renn, but he felt amazed that she agreed to take care of the pup. Zaphir simply said "Yes." to Renn's joke.
"If love isn't a game, then why are there so many pla[injection]yers?"

Spirit smiled at the alpha female nervously.
I\'m extremely sorry for my absence. I\'ve been very busy and was recently attacked by 3 dogs and am currently recovering.

Renn smiled through a bit through the pups fur as Zaphir agreed with her joke as she started walking back to the clearing where she was pretty sure the rest of them still were. She was suprised to smell another female wolf in the clearing along with Kasey and Jalilea. Renn stepped into the clearing with the pup and Zaphir just behind her to see the new female bowing to the alpha female her face to the ground. Renn didn't say anythng parcially because she had a pup in her mouth. |

Jaleia stiffened. She eyed the lone wolf. "The last time we had a lone wolf, he turned out to be an arrogant, pathetic loser. How are you any different, Spirit?" Jaleia spoke glaring at Spirit.

Jaleia nodded and said "Well then. Welcome to the pack." Jaleia then heard a small whimper. She whipped her head around, and saw a very strange sight. Renn was carrying a small pup in her mouth, with Zaphir standing closer to Renn than usual.

Kasey smiled at Jaleia then down to Spirit and picked her head up for her.
Renn tryed to give Jaleia a nervouse small but the ball of fur in her mouth prevented her from doing that. Renn padded over to her cautiously before putting the pup down so that she could talk, "Um...Zaphir and I found the pup at the bottom of a rive while we were fishing and we figured that we should bring it back here and that we could raise it?" Renns statement sounded more and more like a question as she progressed through it. |

Jaleia's cold stare softened. She's always wanted a pup, but because she doesn't have a mate, no pups so far. Jaleia chuckled quietly as the pup rolled around. "I guess we're getting two more pack members today." She spoke with a grin.
Zaphir quickly sighed in relief, and he glance at Renn. He couldn't help but be in love with her. Renn had such shining fur, and bright, gleaming eyes. Zaphir was extremely happy that they were raising this pup together.

Renn smiled a bit at Jaleia, "So uh...I don't supose you actually know how to take care of a pup and if you do pointers would be greatly appreciated." Renn said looking down at the pup. Sure Renn had seen pups before but not in a long time. They seemed like small little aliens almost to her with their over sized eyes, floppy ears, and just how they sounded. The pup wobbled over to Zaphir falling into the snow a couple times but getting back up. It seemed to smile a little a bit as it lifted it's head up and let out a silent howl. Renn's eyes had followed the pup all the way over to Zaphir who was sitting down fairly close to her now. Renn looked at Zaphir and smiled a bit. Now one of her signature half smirk half smiles but a genuin warm smile. Renn had liked Zaphir for a while now though it wasn't love at first sight perse. They started out friends and gradually Renn found herself thinking of him as more that a friend. It was obvious to her why she liked Zaphir. The way he joked around with her like no one was around to see, the way he made her blush yet behind her fur no one could see, and the way he looked was a bonus. Renn had no idea how to take care of a pup but she was glad that her and Zaphir would end up learning how to together.

Jaleia softly said "No, I'm sorry Renn. Your motherly instincts will kick in though." Jaleia glanced at Zaphir. "Zaphir will be a great dad too. But, in the meantime, what are you going to name it?" Jaleia smiled brightly.
Zaphir smiled from what Jaleia had said about him. When Jaleia asked what it's name was, he whispered to Renn "I don't even know if it's a boy or girl." Zaphir's eyes twinkled, and he chuckled softly.
