Trekka's fur bristled, startled for a moment, but it went down when she realized it was just Kala. " There's nothing to be sorry about," She said, speaking unbeleivebly clearly,"I don't know any different."

Kagetora threw back her head and howled sadly for both pups. What if something snuck up on Sola or Trekka? Especially Sola, not being able to hear...

"Well, you two pups." Kala said. She took them out of the den. "Play around. Have fun. Do what pups do!" She then went over to Sola and got in a playing stance. "Play..?" Sola guessed. Kala nodded, then indicated to Trekka. "With sista?" she guessed again. Kala nodded. Sola nodded in response. Kala then sat next to Kagetora. "We need to talk about the pups." she said sorrowfully. Sola asked her sister, "What we play, sista?"

Kagetora looked at the sky, and didn't turn to Kala. "Yes, Kala?" Trekka could tell where Sola was by scent. She jumped toward her and playfully cuffed her with her paw. She was in front of Sola, she had cuffed her nose. So, she trotted around to the other side and tackled her from behind. |

Sola didn't expect it, but she turned around and bucked off her sister gently. She attempted to pin her down, and was able to. "Are you... upset, on how the puppies.... turned out..?" Kala asked gently. "You can talk to me.."

"No, I love them, all three of them. I only wish that they could see and hear like normal wolves, and not be a burden to the pack." Kagetora said. Trekka, overhearing, gasped. Her mother had called her a burden. She crawled out from under Sola and motioned for her to follow, then she bolted away, no idea where she was going. |

Sola knew what her sister meant, to follow. She burst after Trekka. "A burden..? Do you want them... taken out..?" Kala asked. "I'm sorry if that isn't a good question.. I know you love them.."
