Fang had closed his eyes. He licked his mate's cheek and ran to Kala. A small whimper from the hole could be heard. " Mommy...... Luff you...Mommy..." a small voice said, so Kagetora could hear.

Fang barged into Kala's den. " Wake up, now!" he roared. He dragged her to the site, not caring if she was awake or asleep.His anger had blasted on Kala, but inside, he was said, and sorry.

Kala shook her head and squirmed free of Fang's grip.  She was angry.  "How dare you! Even though you're an Alpha, I am stunned!  A sleeping Medicine wolf was there. You needed her.  WELL, you could've just shook me to wake me up! Not drag me out, yelling into my ears!!!" Kala shouted furiously.

Sola laid limp in Riker's jaws.  Riker silently laid the pup beside her mother, Kagetora.

fang's eyes filled with tears. " I am sorry, I need your help.2 pups are dead...." he said, growling at the laast part.

Angel's body twitched.

More tears ran down Kagetora's face. She couldn't speak. She was devastated.

Angel's eyes opened slowly, then closed. " Mummmy...." she whimpered.

Fang licked her. " It will be alright, dear."

"No it won't!" Kagetora snarled, still crying. "They're both dead- and there's no way to bring them back!"

"Angel is alive, Kage.  She just spoke to you." Kala said, slightly smiling.  She nudged the Alpha, indicating to the small runt.  "But where's the other pup??" Kala then said, her ex
pression quickly changing to a seriousness.  She needed to check over both.  Not one. Both.

Sola still laid limp.  Her breathing kept slowing down, even slower than her old slow breaths.. She was dying and unconcious.  Her heart rate was slow.  She would die if not treated quickly.

Angel opened her eyes. " Mummy... Luff ju....." she chuckled pitifully.

Fang shook his head. He licked Trekka, Angel, and kagetora." Everything will be fine, he reasurred.

Fang looked down. " I know, dear. But all we can do is pray to Lupus that she's alright..." he said, whimpering.

Angel was back at her feet. She had trailed off. Angel had wandered into the forest. She had saw some pretty leaves and flowers. " These be nice for mommy and Sola!" she said, smiling. Angel wandered bacl to the clearing where everyone was. " Mommy! These are for you!" she said, setting down a red and blue herb. Fang looked at it closely. " This is a breathing herb!!!! And that other is a shock, it will start her heart!" he said, happily.

"Mm, not exactly.  Fang, you've never been in training.. Those you said are non-existant herbs.  They were told in an ancient folktale.  But they're not real herbs in this world." Kala explained.  She padded over to Sola.  She seemed dead, but you could never be sure.  Kala poked the pup.  Sola just rolled over like a toy.  Kala wondered... she pressed her paw to the young one's chest.  Slowly, ever so slowly, the heart was beating.  She would die if not cared for quickly.  Sola was in a deep state of unconciousness.  And something had happened inside her body because of the impact on the ground.

Kala shook her head.  Poor pup.  Then she gripped the pup's scruff in her jaws and started to go back to camp, in a medium-paced gait.  She motioned for everybody to follow.

Kagetora picked up Angel and followed, leaving the herbs behind.

Noss also followed. but his leg ached horribly when he walked. "Ouch." He forced himself forward, acting like it was not a problem, but he wondered if it was serious.
