Fang paced in front of the front den. He had to give his speech. It was mating season. His mate was already heavy with pups. It was finally time. The sun kissed the horizon gently. He rose his head. Fang let out a harmonious howl.

Alyssa rose her head. She stood up and stretched. She was in the nursing den with the pups.

Taro bounced around.

(who is Taro?)

Kagetora laid down.

(Nkay. Let me gather my brains... )

Aero grunted and got out of his den. He was tired.  Aero shook his fur and sat beside a large rock.

Riker was awake.  He got up from the den, finally, because he saw Aero get up.  He laid on top of the rock Aero sat beside.  Panting, he watched the sun rise over the horizon.

Sierra was already awake, and she was sitting on a hill. She liked to call it Star Hill. She sat there every night and every morning, watching the sun or the moon and stars. It was perfect for those types of things.  She gazed at the sun, its rays gleaming everywhere, giving light to the land.

Kala sorted the herbs.  They were all corrupted from Aero clumsily bumping them around the other day.  She decided to take a break and lay in her den, which was only a bit from the Medicine part of her den. She squeezed through the small crack and laid down in the little cave.

Fang howled louder. Everyone was out of the den except Kagetora. He nudged her. ' Come, dear, today is the day. Kala said the pups should be born soon, like today." he said, chuckling.

Didn't Kagetora already give birth?

And... Which puppies are there? Shouldn't the new puppies[Kagetora's] be with their mother? O.o )

Kagetora stood up." Okay..."

Kala quickly shook her fur and bolted out of her den. The pups! She had almost forgotten. She rushed to Kagetora.  "Can I check over you one more time?" she asked the Alpha.

(And Kagetora ain't gon' have her pups NOW, right..? 'Cuz that wouldn't be good.)

Kagetora sighed. "Yes Kala."

Suzume waited for Fang's announcement.

( Yeah, first thing in the morning.)

Fang smiled. " Slacking on the job, soldier." he chuckled in a barking laugh.
