Shadow stopped suddenly at the edge of the trees. The nearest animal was the large bull elk that lead one of the herds.
I\'m extremely sorry for my absence. I\'ve been very busy and was recently attacked by 3 dogs and am currently recovering.

Shadow looked at him and whispered,"Shh." She then faced the large bull elk again and prepared to pounce.

"okay then... Him it is..." Bonko whispered and silently padded round the edge of the clearing and behind the herd. If he spooked the herd on shadows signal they would run in her direction, so that she could take the first attack.

Shadow twitched her tail and slowly moved forward as she hoped her would catch that signal.

Bonko saw the slight tail twitch and walk of shadow, so he took action. he cantered forward and put the unfortunate herd on the run. as planned, they were heading straight for the death trap.

Shadow grinned as the bull elk ran straight at her. She jumped up and turned in the air to land on his back. Her teeth went into the flesh of his neck and her claws dug into his back.

Bonko saw shadow attack and ran in her direction. he ran in front of the bull and growled. he stepped closer and leapt up at his neck, gripped with his teeth and hung there. after about 10 seconds Bonko was kicked off, but he whimpered once then bared his teeth. he grabbed onto the bulls leg and tripped it up. once on the ground, the elk would surely be a gonner.

Shadow let go for a split second as the elk fell. She then grabbed his neck again and bit down harder. The elk bellowed and then it's neck gave out a cracking sound.

Bonko saw shadow bite onto the bulls neck and heard the cracking sound after the bellow. "s' he dead then?" he asked. "geez, he does smell nice."

Misty ran through the forest being chased away by a wolf from another pack. Apperantly stealing food from oher packs was wrong. "Get outta here ya mangy pup!" he growled as he chased her. Misty ran as fast as she could looking back every now and then with a worried ex pression. She saw two wolves eating a deer and had an idea. Misty ran over to them and sat beside them. "Uh. Hi mommy!" she said to the female. The wolf stopped in his tracks when he saw this "Hm. Better not come into our territory anymore! he shouted now walking away. Misty smiled up at the two wolves. "Thanks guys! You played the part very well!" she exclaimed. *+*+*+*+**+*+*+*++**++*+*+*+**++**+*+* Rickie sat at the edge of a cliff looking down at deer and mouse. He was bored and had no idea what to do. He saw a wolf chasing a pup around but just thought they were playing. That it until he heard the wolf growl. Rickie got suspicious and followed the puppy after the wolf left. "Hm just a family.." he muttered. But after the wolf left they didnt seem like family at all. He stayed within the shadows watching what heywere doing

Bonko raised his eyebrows and made and 'O' shape with his mouth. "oh, um-" Bonko stepped back. "ladies first!" Just as Bonko sat, a young wolf ran to him and shadow and shouted 'Hi mommy' and sat with them. Then the pup said ' thanks guys, you played the part very well.' Bonko was confused. "hey, cub. What you doin around here?" Bonko did not see the other adult chasing the cub, but caught a tiny scent.... But he didn't pay much attention to it.

Shadow looked at Bonko and had shrugged before starting to eat. She heard a,'Hi mommy!',and her head shot up. She licked her lips and saw the adult wolf chasing her so she played along. After the wolf left Shadow looked at the pup and asked,"What was all of that about?"
