(o_0; wow...Kain has done alot while I was gone....)

Still confused by today's earlier events, Kain silently trotted into the cave. Just as he headed in, Mazzy yelled that she needed them in an urgent tone. Thinking that the pack was in some sort of trouble, Kain followed her in a powerful run with his back fur bristled, making him look bigger and more intimidating than before.

While baring his massive canines, Kain circled the bear while snapping at its haunches and legs to try to drive its attention away from the other wolves. The bear was enormous in size, but Kain was a wise wolf and he had experience in taking down these large predators. When the bear's attention went completely on him, Kain began to jump and bite, slowly driving the beast to the edge of a cliff. Then, just as Kain predicted it would, the bear rose up on its hind legs to let out a viscious roar which was exactly what the dark wolf was waiting for. With a snarl, Kain lunged hard at the bear's chest and jumped backward just in time to see the massive beast lose its balance and go plummeting off of the cliff, roaring all the way down. After taking a moment to catch his breath, he then sat down and let out a victory howl, letting his pack know that the danger had been dealt with.

Kain gave her a slight nod and then headed back to the cave to finally take a well deserved nap. He leaped up onto a nice high ledge that he had seen earlier in the back of the cave and then drifted to sleep. Because of his color, he blended perfectly with the shadows, so unless someone was really looking, you would not be able to see him.

(Oh my god. What have I gotting myself into? This is like watching or reading a teenage drama or something but with wolves! Agh. Still willing to stick around but I am going to need a recap. big time.)

Kain's ear twitched slightly at the howl and he slowly looked up with a drowsy ex
pression, his eyes seeming to almost glow in the darkness. Deciding that he needed to get up anyway, he stretched his forearms and shook away his tiredness. His muscles still ached from yesterday's encounter with the bear, but as always he ignored it. He silently jumped down from his ledge and trotted over to the female wolf. "What is it," he asked her. Kain's voice was deep and intimidating, reflecting his warrior nature.
