Shadow nodded and said,"And you'll be the best father." She then sat up and noticed the rising sun with a small yawn. She trotted into her den and sat down on a pile of pelts.

(Yay for time skip!)
Shadow sat down in the den and was trying to fix new rabbit pelts to go on the pelt bed without making it lumpy. She fixed the pelts ontop of the other pelts and then grabbed a bear pelt from on corner of the den and dragged it over to the pelts. She put the pelt on the pile. Then she stepped onto the pelts,walked in a circle and sat down.

He ran for the deer and bit into its neck. He dragged it to the den. He placed it on the ground for Shadow to have some.

Shadow smiled and then bent her head down to eat some of the deer. She raised her head up and licked her lips before stretching out and laying down.

Shadow woke up on the pelt bed and raised her head to see that Shane was right beside her. She smiled and put her head back down. It was easy to tell that she was going to have her pups any time now and she wanted to make sure she didn't leave the den,just incase.

He looked at her. He wanted to stay by her side to make sure she was fine. "You need to eat. I'll go hunt." He said. Got up and ran of. He saw a deer. He ran for it and sank his teeth into it. He dragged it back to her. "Here eat."He said and let her eat.

Shadow ate a large amount of the deer,but made sure she left some for him so he could eat. She then put her head back down on the pelts and felt a small kick. She looked at her stomach and thought,'Please not now. Not this early in the morning.' The pups inside her disagreed with that thought and Shadow pulled her ears back before putting her head down and saying quietly,"I think the pups are coming now."
