Leopard returned, dragging a caribou calf behind her. She finally reached the hole.
"Here... This is for you."
She left it infront of the hole and sat down.
"What brings you the courage to stand up to a higher rank, like you did?"

Shadow got out of her hole and shrugged,"Just got a bit tired of being bit and clawed,I guess..." She then took a few bites of the caribou calf. She was pretty hungry since she didn't eat much in the past few days,besides a few rabbits and anything small.

Shadow nodded and said,"These packs just need to get over the superstitions and also learn what is a deforaty and just markings and strange eye color." She thought for a moment and said,"I really hate the idea of what wolves do just because your different."

Shadow nodded and said,"I'll be back in a little bit." She dashed off in the direction of a hill that wasn't in anyone's territory. She reached the top and looked at the moon. She took a deep breath and then let out a beautiful howling sound. It looped through the air and was carried to the ears of many wolves. She didn't care if she was allowed to howl or not. She was going to howl.

Leopard perked her ears toward the elegant howling. She saw Shadow at the top of the hill and walked over. Without caring that it was against the rules or not, She joined in. Her howl sounded like liquid velvet, along with Shadow's they both sounded better than all the other wolves. She liked howling like this.

Shadow smiled and then howled for a bit longer before lowering her head and saying,"I think our howling is much better than every other wolf of the pack."

Shadow yawned a bit and said,"I had better get some sleep before the sun comes up." She raced down the hill swiftly and gracefully before going to her hole. A wolf growled at her and she barked back,"Oh shut-up and go jump off a cliff." She then crawled into her hole and curled up in the small space.

She watched and walked to the hole she dug near hers. She dug it a bit deeper into the ground, almost 7 feet deeper, and made a wider sleeping space. She also made a smaller little cavern to store food in. She layed down some moss and put a variety of flesh and prey over it before going into a deep sleep.

[sorry I have been at my cousins and not had time to use the computer just wanted to let you know that I am camping tomorrow not sure when I will get back I think a little bit before a week sorry... But here is my intro] Fate walked out of her den and sat on the edge howling at the moon. She loved to howl she felt more within the pack when she could she felt like she was one with the moon and nature, letting her voice rip through the deadness of the night. She then hopped down the rocks by her den and padded deeper into the territory.

Shadow smirked and dug a bigger space in the hole. She stretched out a bit and poked her head out of the hole. She looked at the alphess with a growl and said under her breath,"You never help Gnaw Wolves out and stop the others from treating us like scat so you shouldn't even be alphess." She put her head back into the hole and pushed the rest of the loose dirt out the entrance.

Shadow was humming a song she had heard a bird singing and sighed when she finished. She wanted someone to battle the alphess and wanted them to win and not her and she wanted that to happen as soon as possible.

Fate watched the gnaw wolf glare at her but did not scold or growl at the she wolf she would probably have done the same thing if the situations where switched... She felt bad for them but that was just how it was and she had more important things to do like find another alpha for the pack. She sighed and kept walking by herself.
