((Yes, Tld, you're correct.)) Redhooks Ruckner was sitting in a patch of grass just outside of the dens, watching Duna. He had taken a little interest in her, and had been watching the wolf for a while. Ruckner knew he needed a mate to make his pack stronger than the Wisdom Wolves'. He slowly stood up, stretching out his sore muscles. Duna was still standing on the rocky outcrop, so he trotted to her. --- Wisdom Wolves Brutis was quietly walking to the edge of the Wisdom Wolves' territory. He was sneaking out to see Nyari, a hunter in the Redhook pack. The strong scent of urine from the border line invaded Brutis' nostrils. He sped up his pace and began running, avoiding any small twigs.
"If love isn't a game, then why are there so many pla[injection]yers?"

Duna looked over her shoulder, hearing pawsteps, and jumped. Ruckner was walking towards her. She dipped her head respectively, but kept eye contact with him, showing that she was not intimidated by his status. He seemed to be watching her curiously. "Hello, is something wrong?" Duna asked politely, trying to conceal her fain excitement at being approached alone by the leader. Leaders rarely bothered one on one with other wolves, unless it was punishment.
--- Zavi cocked her head as she noticed Xizri depart from his den. Excitement fueling her steps, the white wolf leapt from the shadows, and raced across the denning area, weaving among the wolves, being careful not to slip into a den on accident. Her ears pricked, tail held at a nedium, friendly stance, Zavi caught up with the other wolf. Zavi and Xizri had shared a den as pups when she and her sister had been adopted by the Wisdom Wolves. But then Duna had left of course. Nudging Xizri playfully, Zavi spoke: "so whatcha doin'?" "Hunting," Xizri replied, nearly tripping over a log as he glanced at her. "What else?"

After her meal, Euryale mumbled her thanks to Saleos, proceeding to pad out of the den towards the pups. She saw Duna nearby, nodding her head in greeting towards the stronger female. Euryale, being a physically she-wolf, was obviously not nearly as strong as Duna or Saleos. But she was quite contented with her rank, happy to play with the pups. She heard the excited yips when she poked her head into the den, the pups rushing to her and jumping all over their babysitter in excitement. "Good morning, pups." Euryale cooed, nuzzling each one in turn. "Ah, Azrael, you've grown!" [ using NPC pup with a random name ._. ] A little black pup sat up straighter, his tail raised in pride with the compliment. Chuckling, Euryale entered the den, sitting in the middle of the litter of pups.

Saleos watched as his sister left the den and entered the nursery, hearing the excited yelps of the pups. He longed to hunt alongside Euryale, but he knew that she was truly happy with her weaker rank. He shook his head and exited their den after covering the bones of the rabbit, heading towards the exit of the camp again to wander. Saleos saw Ruckner on his way out, but the Alpha was occupied with talking to Duna. Not wanting to bother the both of them, Saleos quietly snuck out of the camp, not looking back over his shoulder.

Redhooks
Nyari pounced on the unsuspecting Brutis, crossing the border with little hesitation to catch him off guard. It wasn't more than a few feet. "You're late," she barked, her tail wagging playfully. She jumped off of him and back over the border, crouching down on her front paws like a playful puppy.

"Why don't you go hunt for the pups?" Zaebos suggested, and attempt to end his conversation with the cheery she-wolf. Lyall considered his proposal, then flicked her ear. "Nah, I think I'll wait until Ruckner bosses me around, not you." She said childishly, proceeding to trot away before Zaebos could snap back at her. The younger male sighed and rolled his eyes. She sure was annoying, but at least he could have a bit of peace and quiet now. Searching the Wisdom Wolf camp, Zaebos saw his fellow warrior, Iceblink. He rather liked Iceblink when compared to the loud and rambunctious Lyall. The older wolf was calm and Zaebos had never seen him snap at other wolves. Iceblink's composed attitude made him a more ideal denmate instead of a chatty wolf. Lyall had often kept him up many nights when they were pups, always telling him tall tales and scary stories. "Iceblink!" Zaebos called the other wolf to change shifts to guard the camp.

Lyall poked her head into the nursery, seeing Cheyenne and Xizri already there. Lyall's eyes brightened a little when she saw the litter of Wisdom pups, yelping and howling happily as they chased each other in a circle. "Hello, Cheyenne and Xizri!" Lyall called, entering the den.

[[ Apparently, Cooper got it wrong :/ If you look at my bios, Zaebos' states that he's a Wisdom. Saleos and Euryale are Redhooks. ]]

((I wouldn't mind at all Tld)) Wisdom Wolves Xizri and Zavi had returned to the denning area, Zavi's jaws clamped around a giant turkey. "You should take that to Silver," Xizri commented, thinking that the Alpha female should be the one to distribute the large prey among the pack. He knew she wouldn't keep it for herself. "You're proabably right," Zavi mumbled through a mouthfull of feathers. With a whisk of her sleek, white tail, she trotted off among the trees, looking for Silver. Xizri watched her go, before plodding towards the nursing den. He got down on his belly, wagging his tail playfully. |

Iceblink turned his head to see who was addressing him before turning back to his duty. "Hello, Zaebos," he said evenly, trying to stay focused on guarding. "Any news?"
"Hello Lyall," Cheyenne chirped with a smile, her tail twitching. "And Xizri, I noticed you went hunting. I do hope that it went agreeably." |

Shrugging he added, "that turkey was huge." Xizri glanced at Cheyenne. "So what's going to happen with the pups today? Are we taking them on a tour?" ((Oh wow, fail post :c)) |
