Tess grudgingly headed to school. She heard trackers had some sort of mark on their forehead, she couldn't remember what shape. Wait, did it take up their whole face? No. SHe looked around frantically, this whole thing was just making her nervous, but it shouldn't. SHe needed to talk to Shay. "Hey, have you heard about the trackers?"

Lindi hated how at school, you had to wait outside the building, even when it's cold. Unless, there is snow on the ground. It was fall, and they were just starting a new school year. It was already starting to cool down. She probably shouldn't have worn flip flops, and listened to her mom. She was rubbing her arms, trying to get warm.

Jake had been waiting outside of school for a few minutes. He was searching for someone in particular. They must not be here yet, he decided to himself.

Austin coughed, and coughed and coughed. Why did he have to get sick? Why wouldn't his parents understand him? So far, the new school year hadn't been treating him well. Everyone says a new school year is a fresh start, well not when you are sick on the first day.

"Yeah, I was going to talk to you about that," Shay said in-between mouthfuls of food.  "I heard one's at school.  I mean, when you get to me on the cool-meter, it's got to be all over school."  Shay had a "cool-meter", which was basically a list of the coolest people.  Most cool on top, least cool on bottom.  She was close to the bottom of the middle.  But Tess was close to the top.  And it was true.

Cole was waiting outside of the school.

Sarah waited outside of the school.  She saw Lindi.  They knew each other, but not too well.  Walking over, she said, "Hey, Lindi, what's up?"

Dylan waited outside of the school.

"That's not true!" Tess argued with her sister. "You are not that low that everyone had heard of it before you! I'm not popular, kay?" Tess enjoyed having a sister she didn't fight with, often. They could talk about stuff, and understand eachother.

[Jake waits]

[Austin waits]

"Nothin' really. Just waitin' for school." Although, Lindi did want to talk about soemthing, but since they weren't the best of friends, she kept it to herself. It was really windy outside, and her hair was flying everywhere, she hoped it looked okay, and that she wouldn't get pnuemonia because of this school that won't let everyone inside!

"Ya sure?  You wanna talk about something?" Sarah urged.

"Yes, it is, and everybody knows that.  Tess, no matter what you say, you're popular.  I'm... average... -ish.  FACE IT." Shay said in a stern tone.  The conversation was over.

"Well.... You know the tracker? At our school? I saw him, and he looks kinda cute, minus the big moon on his forehead, what do you think?" Lindi needed to talk about this, it was urgent, and scaring her.

Tess knew that when her sister did things like this, it was best to leave her alone, and not push her buttons on the subject.

[jake waits]

[Austin waits]

"Maybe we would be a cute couple... But, wouldn't people think I was weird because I was dating a guy with a huge moon on his forhead?! I'm already low enough. Also, he might not have the personality I'm looking for." Lindi explained.

"We gotta leave now! The bells gonna ring soon! Who's driving?" Tess asked her sister, who was in the bathroom brushing her teeth.

"Maybe you should suggest that he would put makeup on it.  Y'know, to conceal it.  But his bangs to a good enough job.  But, yeah, the personality's pretty necessary, too," Sarah said.

Shay had just finished her teeth.  "I will!" she said hurriedly and ran out to the car with her backpack and green Columbia jacket on, grabbing them and the keys from the hook as she sped past.  The car revved to life.  "C'MON, TESS!!! HURRY UP YOU CRAPHEAD!!!!"

(Crap head? LOL)

"Well.. I guess that might work." Lindi was looking at Jake trying to picture him with make up on, and with no moon on his forhead. "Then again, it makes his seem different and misterious, which is kinda cool. Can't really picture him without that mark, can you?"

"Alright." Tess noticed her sister had chosen to grab her green columbia jacket, which Tess was going to grab, but she didn't want to match like twin sisters sometimes do. Instead, she grabbed her aqua blue jacket, and even though it was her favorite color, she was wearing a dark green shirt with a stores logo on it, a lime green jacket would go a lot better. She rushed outside, right when she was opening the car door, she h eard her sisters voice yell out, "C'MON, TESS!!! HURRY UP YOU CRAPHEAD!!!!" Tess got into the car, with an annoyed look on her face, ready to tell her sister off, but decided better of it.

[Jake waits]

[Austin waits]

"Yeah.  But, like I said, with his bangs you can't even tell he has anything on his forehead," Sarah said again.

Shay pressed on the gas and drove to school.  They made it just in the time.  The first bell was going to ring in about... Crap.  Two minutes!! Turning off the engine, she grabbed her stuff and ran to the front of the school, where she waited digilently for school to start.

[Cole and Dylan wait. :u ]

"I know what you said! But, you still can tell! It's so noticeable! It goes down by his cheek! SO only half of it is covered by his bangs." Lindi explained impatiently.

Tess calmly waited while Shay looked nervous of being late, she was stepping on the gas, even if they didn't make it to first bell, they still had 10 minutes! When they got there, people were still waiting outside, she saw Lindi and Sarah talking, she ran over to them. "hey what's up?"

[Jake waits]
