Jake looked at her. "Whoops. My bad.." He removed his shirt and threw it onto her exposed bottom half. "Keep it... I don't need it.." He said bewteen huffs. He lay back down and he looked at her. "I don't really need anything.. But clean that up.. You know.. Splash water on it... You can repay any way you want.." He smiled and looked at his body. "IT's so ugly... Why would my father do this to me?"

Riku came running down the street and he noticed Sunni was covered by Jake's shirt. He heard Jake's remark and sat down a ways away from them. I don't know.. He won't hit me or Kyin... I'm sorry brother.. We are nothing by bothers on you and a burden on your body... He took Jake's phone out of his pocket and held it.

Jake looked at her. "I have no other place to go. My parents are really uptight about me leaving. That's the reason I'm beat. I sneak out and forget about that house. Then I end up getting beat for forgetting to bring something back or whatever." He put his arm around her and hugged her. "I only stay in that damned house because of my brothers. They may not be my real brothers, but step-brothers are the same as real ones. I want to be there for them when my mother and step father weren't. I wanted them to grow up and be better than I was. So far, they have. Kyin is a bit of a retarded one, but his charm and childish ways are what people love about him. I told him to never take thing too seriously. He gained his personality there. His alter ego is just something he made to immatate me."

He wrapped his arms around her tighter and put his head on her shoulder. "And don't get me started on Riku.. He is so smart and he makes so many models... His laptop was given to him as a token of the mayor's gratitude for helping him with profiling this small town. He grew up to be such a handsome young man and an even better brother. He is always so caring and he can cook well. He is so great at everything. All he has was because I told him never to give up on what he wanted to do and to always persue what he wanted. He did and he is the top ranking junior in the exams here. I'm first but still... Riku is so smart.. And me.. I'm nothing. I'm beat, abused, a liar, a swindler, a stalker... I do the dirty work for Riku. I help Zane learn what to do and what not to do... I run errands.. All i have going for me are my looks. But with the bruises and crap, I can't show anybody."

Riku looked at Jake and listened closely. He knew Jake was being nice. He wasn't smart. Jake was smarter. But Jake did tell him and Zane those things. He showed them what Mom and Dad did to him when he didn't behave. He did teh dirty work for him and Jake always ended up slapped or beat by the girl's boyfriend. Never once did Riku think of how Jake would feel. What would happen to Jake. And what would the outcome be. Would Jake be slapped like the way Sunni slapped him and get injured badly? Jake.... You really are a moron.... Riku stood up and walked to a tree. He got up and lay on a branch.

Jake looked at her and blushed as she pressed her lips against his. "Hey, you know.. I would love to leave, but Kyin and Riku really need me. They are kin dof like little kids. They have a very good sense of what they want to do and how they are going to do it, but they need me to be their father.. Riku never really had a good father son relationship with ny step dad... Kyin was sent away by my step-dad and has hated him ever since.. But Riku and Kyin look up to me and even open their hearts to me. It suprised me when Riku came crying to me when he was 13. Kyin was always playing with my stuff and even if I got mad, he'd still play with it and just make sure everything was just the way it was when he first started playing with it.. They give me a great reason to stay.. You give me a great reason to leave.. I can't decide on either.." He sighed and hugged her tightly. "I can't cho-'

"Just go Jake.. we'll be fine.. KYin and I can handle ourselves. We are both almost 19... Sure, your a great father to us, but we need to get away from you. You have a life beyond us.. Sunni.. You and Sunni can live in a small house. Or her house.. Or something.. Maybe, Kyin and I will join you one day. You have to be happy to be a father to anybody. There is no way to have a kid. Or take care of your younger brothers if you show them sadness and sorrow.. Right, Sunni?" Riku looked at her and smiled.

Jake glared at Riku when he saw her tears. "What the hell did you just do?! She was fine until you came over here and ruined everything!!" Jake stood up and walked over to Riku. He grabbed Riku by the shirt collar and growled. "You.. Get away... Go home and take care of your brother. I do not want you making my girlfriend cry with your damn nonsense." He released Riku harshly and Riku fell back onto the gras.s/ Jake turned and sat next to the water's edge. He pulled his knees to his chest and placed his arms on his knees. He put his head in his arms.

Riku sat there, stunned. He had never seen Jake do anything like that. His eyes widened with the shock. "Y=Your just like father... S-Stay with your damn girlfirend!! I'll pack your stuff myself!@!" Riku stood up and ran away. His eyes filling with tears. Jake hurt him, but didn't know it. Blood began to seep through Riku's shoulder and some on his neck.
