Silvie was silent... she could hear the voices of the others, but they were faint, as if they were far away... she tried to make out the face of the figure in black.

Damon carried her all the way to the dungeons, stopping only when he got to Severus' office. He stepped inside, transfiguring the couch into a bed and laying Silvie's form down. "Are you okay?" He asked, sitting down next to her. "Are you alright?" Severus asked Melanie, concerned. "No worries, she never left my sight." Stefan replied. |

Melanie kept her eyes on Silvie, shivering herself. She was starting to become very cold for some reason she couldn't comprehend. "I-I'm fine."

Silvie moved her head up and down, slowly though. Her mind was focused elsewhere..."Shrouded in black fabric...almost phantomlike." was what she said, not noticing that she was speaking out loud. Goosebumps appeared on her revealed arms...making her shiver.

Stefan peeled off his jacket, laying it on Melanie's shoulders. "Come on, before we get caught." Damon's eyes widened. "His voice, Silvie, his voice..." He urged, fearing the worst. |

Melanie wrapped the jacket around as much of herself as possible. "I don't understand...why I'm so cold. It's not...chilly out."

Melanie froze. "Oh God," She said, absolutely terrified of Dementors, not unlike her brother. She started to walk back to the Castle.

"Listen to me, Silvie. Do not go outside after dark alone, okay?" Damon urged. "Expecto Patronum!" Severus yelled, seeing a silver Doe shoot out from the tip of his wand. "Let's go!" Stefan scooped Melanie up into his arms, running towards the castle doors. He stopped when outside, waiting for Severus. Severus slipped inside, sighing loudly when the doors closed. |

"With who?" Damon asked, forcing her back onto the bed. Severus walked in. "You need rest. And chocolate. Stefan, go get Lupin." Stefan nodded, taking off through the corridors. "Professor?" He asked, knocking on the door. He heard someone moving behind the door before it opened. "Yes? Ah, hello, Stefan." He said cheerily, sleeping. "Professor Snape needs you, Dementors were on the grounds." Stefan said quickly. "Ah, so he needs chocolate." |
