Melanie looked down for a moment and looked back up at him as quickly as she could manage. She slid her hand off of his ever so slowly...she tried to make it last. "I'm sorry," She breathed.

Severus grabbed the closest thing, which happened to be a bottle of Firewhiskey, and threw it against the wall, relishing the the sound of the gla.ss breaking.

It didn't end there. Once the bottle left his hand, Severus knew he wouldn't be able to stop. He took a shuddery breath, grabbing the next bottle and throwing it with every once of strength he possessed.

Melanie grinned to herself. The noise was helping her, stopping herself from throwing something or punching someone. She clenched her fists together to make it feel better.

Melanie was definitely breathing heavily by now, and her face felt hot. She squeezed her fists even tighter so that her knuckles turned white, whiter than her own pale skin. Now that Severus seemed to clam himself down, Melanie was getting angrier at herself. She wished she could calm herself.
