Melanie growled. "What the hell?!" She said, catching them take the letter out from underneath the door. She picked up the paper and slid it back under the door, harder this time. "Leave it alone," She hissed at the...whatevers.
We fell through the ice when we tried not to slip.

Melanie placed her hands on her hips triumphantly. "There," She said of the letter that had been successfully "sent," and then she spun around and started to walk out slowly.

The shadows spun around Melanie, making the circle tighter and tighter as the wind whistled with their speed.

"Didn't you hear me? I said get out of here!" Melanie said to the shadows, louder this time. "I'm trying to storm off dramatically and you're ruining it." She glared at the things surrounding her.

Severus stuck his head out of the doorway, holding the now read letter behind his back. He look up at the shadows once, jerking his head to the side. The Announcers obliged, slipping into his room and out of sight. "Excuse me Miss Potter, some of us are trying to work here and it is hard enough without you screaming your lungs out." |

Severus' arm shot out, grabbing and spinning Melanie so they were barely brushing against each other. The physical contact with her had him shaking, despite his efforts in controlling it. "Where are you going." It wasn't a question. |
