Severus didn't hesitate like he should've. He kissed her back with a ferocity, before pulling himself from her. He was up in a flash, striding out the room without a backwards glance. Severus didn't stop until he was in front of his office door. What did he just do? He kissed a student. Severus groaned when he heard the little demon on his left side tell him that she kissed him. |

Melanie buried her face in her hands and resisted the urge to scream. What the hell had she just done? She knew it was worth it deep down, but now she would never be able to talk to Snape again without blushing. "Oh, my god. The hell Melanie?! Freakin' going around kissing your teacher." She mumbled this and other curses into her hands.
