She wondered why Melanie had left. She would have to ask her about it later, since now didn't seem like a good time.

"Hey, Stefan," Melanie said, as cheerily as she could manage, which wasn't much. She hoped he wasn't still upset with her. The last thing she needed was someone else who was against her. Silvie smiled at Stefan as he sat down. "Yeah, and it feels good," She replied. Then she looked over at the still-standing Melanie and mumbled, "At least, it does for most people." She didn't miss Melanie's cold glare in her direction.
