"Shut up, Damon!" Melanie called at the same time she heard Silvie saying exactly that.
She looked over at Severus. "Then I guess I have no choice but to bunk with you," she said with a smirk.
We fell through the ice when we tried not to slip.

Melanie's eyes fluttered open softly as she woke up. For a second, she wondered where she was until she looked up to see Severus and the memories of the day before came back. She smiled as she realized how good yesterday went. No fighting, no drama...just her and him.
She decided that being back wasn't so bad.
We fell through the ice when we tried not to slip.

((My heart, it is gone.)) Damon groaned, rolling over. Big mistake. He yelped as he felt his body falling, cat-like reflexes helping him land on all fours. He was too tired for this. And it was... eight in the morning. Four hours of sleep. Damon felt his way to where Silvie was sleeping, curling up next to her. |
