Damon slid in next to Melanie, Silvie in tow while Stefan sat on the other side of Mel. "Ugh, I'm tired." Severus rolled his head on his shoulders, propping his feet up on the empty chair next to him. Lupin won't be back for a while. Dumbledore leaned over at him, whispering, with a smile on his face. "I can't believe she's making you /this/ happy, Severus." Severus eyes widened. He knew. He looked over at his Headmaster, his eyes pleading. "Don't worry, I'm fine with it, only because it is consensual, and she's a Potter." Severus looked out into the crowd of students, instantly finding her. "Mel." He said once, in a fairly normal tone. |

Melanie felt someone's eyes on her, and she instantly knew whose they were. She looked back over at Severus, giving him a faint smile.
"Oh, stop complaining, Damon." Silvie rolled her eyes.

Melanie gave him a curious look, but stood up anyway. "Uh, be right back, guys." Harry looked at her. "Where ya going, Melly?" Melanie shrugged. "Se-Professor Snape called me over, hold on." and she walked over to him, knowing well that her brother's eyes were on her.
"Yeah?" She asked once she got over there.

Seeing as how she stood across from him, the other side of the table, Severus adjusted himself, using his arms to hold himself up as he leaned over, his mouth at her ear. "Dumbledore knows." |

"I'm, uh, coping. He says he's fine with it, though." Severus said softly, his eyes scanning the Hall until he found Harry. He smirked. "Whic, of course, means I can do something like this, now." His eyes never left Harry's as he turned his head, laying a kiss to her cheek. "Go finish eating."

Melanie's jaw dropped the same time her brother's did. "Severus...Tobias...Snape...Iam going to kill you," she whispered, then walked back to her brother, preparing her speech.
"Harry, I-"
"Save it, Mel. How thick did you think I was?" He asked, grinning softly. Melanie gaped at her brother. "You-you knew?"
"Well, I had my theories. And that stunt over there just proved one true." He looked up, gazing into the same green eyes that he had. "Melanie, I...as long as your happy, I guess. I'm just a little pissed you never told me." Melanie laughed. "For the record, I didnt know how you would take it. You just may be the best brother in the world, Harry."
Harry grinned widely. "I know." He sighed. "But Mel," he said, and she exhaled sharply.She knew It wasn't gonna be that easy. "Be careful, please. And Don't expect me to like him now. Honestly, what do you see in tha-" "Shut up and hug me, brother." Harry and Melanie both wrapped their arms around each other.

Severus sat back down, pleased with himself. That was another weight off his shoulder. Dumbledore turned to him. "Well, that was an easy way of taking care of that." He chuckled. "I agree, Headmaster. Now if you will excuse me," Severus replied, standing back up, he look over at the group, nodding his head towards the door. Bring Harry, if you want. |

He's gonna annoy the sh!t out of you, Melanie warned. If he was over-protective-brother towards Stefan, Melanie could only imagine what he'd be like around Severus. But even though she was hoping to not tell Harry for a long while, she was happy that she didn't have to be tense around her brother, and so she did what she wouldve thought unimaginable yesterday. "Harry, wanna come with us? We're going on an adventure. Me, Snape, Stefan, Damon and Silvie. You can tag along." Harry seemed hesitant a moment, but then agreed. "Sure." Melanie chuckled.
