"Time's up." Severus said as the vials of potions flew up to meet him. He looked down at them, his face wrapped in disgust. Why should a luck, or a happiness potion look like tar?

Melanie laughed at some of the students's potions. She was like them once...only three times worse.
We fell through the ice when we tried not to slip.

"Miss Granger," Severus drawled, his eyes on the girl. "Where is your potion?" He remembered when Melanie was in her position. Wait, don't think about Melanie. Or.. Positions.

((LOL! xD Omg you've got me cracking up right here.)) Melanie heard Hermoine mumble, "R-Right here, sir." Melanie looked at it. It wasn't as bad as some of the tar-potions, but itcertainly wasn't as bright and vibrant as Melanie's. Melanie grinned a little wider, stood up a little taller. She felt good.

((ok... sorry dream.)) Silvie rolled her eyes and took off down the coridors, throwing open the doors of Snape's clas.s. She was panting with how quickly she ran, but she quickly wiped the look off her face, handing Snape the note expressionlessly. She took her seat next to Draco, sliding his book over to him and taking out her own supplies.

"Because of you..." Melanie said under her breath, aware that Snape would hear. Hermoine was red and looked like she was going to cry.

Hermoine didn't say anything. She was too shocked to. She ran out of the room. Melanie knew she was going to complain to Ron. Once the cla.ss had fleed, Melanie said, "Thanks again, Snape." She was ready to cry for the third time today, and didn't like showing Severus that she could. So she got out of her seat and blinked back more forming tears.

Silvie seemed to hear Melanie and her face began to once again turn red with fury. Draco glanced at her, "Wow, potters really improved. Snape and her much have been studying really hard for her to make such a great improvement." he said in a sarcastic sneer. Silvie mumbled under her breath, the fury speaking for her..."A bit more then studying." she growled in a near whisper. Draco rose an eyebrow, "What?" he questioned, mimicing her whisper, a confused look on his face. Silvie shook away the thought. "Nothing." she growled, causing Draco to flinch backwords. She grabbed her bag and threw it over her shoulder, sliding herself away from the table

Draco followed her up, "You okay?" he asked, grabbing her arm. He could tell she was distressed. Silvie yanked her limb away from her friend, not realizing how much her fury was speaking and acting for her. She met his gaze, a menacing glare sealed across her face. She glanced at Melanie and Snape before letting out an angry sigh and turning abruptly for the door
