ink," Melanie said to Damon with a grin.

"Is that a bet I hear?" Severus questioned, pulling his torso out of the water and sitting on the edge of the pool.

"The stakes?" Hugh asked, grinning.

"Urm... If I win, I want a kiss." Damon smirked. Severus growled. 

Melanie rose an eyebrow to that.

"And if I win, I get a clear shot to your groin."

The boys shared a gasp, everyone's hands flying to cover themselves.

"I-uh... Why?" Damon asked, his voice slightly squeaky. 

Melanie smirked. "It gives me more motivation to win, if I know I can hurt you."

"Then I'm changing the stakes on my end of the stick." Damon huffed. Severus laughed, grabbing another beer from Hugh.

"Thanks, man. Anyone here over 17 want a beer?" Hugh asked, handing Damon and Stefan a beer. 

Damon grinned, shaking her hand.

"Logan, ball." He said. Hugh walked off, coming back with a basketball. "Court's that way," He instructed, the boys following him.

"Damon," Severus started, glaring at the boy. "You better lose." 

Melanie followed them as well. "He will," Melanie said confidently. "Oh, he will."

Severus growled again, looking at her possessively.

"I don't know about that, Damon's good." Stefan said, and received a death glare from Severus. They turned a corner, and into a full-sized court.

"We'll play half court." Damon said. "What's the game score going to be?" 

((Hmm, I don't know. Damon wins, Severus goes on a rampage and doesn't talk to anyone.. Damon loses, due to Severus hexing him during the game.. Damon demands rematch.)) 

"First to 20, two points a basket?" Melanie said, thinking.

((Hm. Maybe Damon could win the Rematch. |D))

"Alright." Damon answered, tossing the ball to her. "Ladies first."

Severus, Hugh and Stefan sat on the sidelines, Severus looking grouchy and forlorn. 

Melanie smirked, caught the ball, and started to dribble, planning out her moves. She moved right up to Damon and rolled off his shoulder, giving her a clear shot.

Damon grinned, spinning backwards easily and smacking the ball out of her hand.

"Ah, love, be quicker next time." He chastised. Severus rolled his eyes, giving his finger a little twirl. Damon made a move to shoot the ball, but it never left the air. The ball twirled in mid-air, before dropping, bouncing, and hitting Damon in the stomach.

Severus grinned, whistling as he adverted his eyes. 

Melanie grabbed the ball, dribbled the ball to the hoop, and shot it. It sailed right in.

"Two zip." Stefan called, grinning. Severus raised his eyebrows, his smile mocking.

"I thought you were the best?"

Damon growled, grabbing the ball. He tried to dribble again, but his hand slipped, and the ball bounced towards Melanie.

"Looks like your hand's wet." Severus smirked.
