((Yes. Yes you did.)) Melanie went straight to the Girls' dorms, falling onto her bed when she reached them. She buried her face into the pillow, and screamed. The two girls that were in there talking about boys fled, and Mel felt like throwing a tantrum. This wasn't fair. Why was she the one being punished?

More than anything... even if he didn't really love her, that was something that would never change. And she thought he felt the same, too... she still hoped he did, but somehow that seemed like a long shot. Man, her birthday was going to suck... her birthday. In three weeks, it would be the anniversary of the first time Sev had told her he loved her. Damnit, here came the tears again.
