Thirteen children are born [Two for gemini]. Each one born with unique powers, connected in some way to their Zodiac Sign. Hence the name, Zodiac Children. A huge company is planning to start a nuclear war, which could very well mean the end of life on earth. So what happens now? Some poor kids are gonna have to save the day.

Now then. Anyone, who is literate with their quality [quantity of lines is unimportant, so long as there are no one-liners] may join. You can have as many characters as you like, but try to keep it between two and five. Once all Zodiacs are taken, we will start. I shall be posting my bios in the next post, so please be patient. If you have no clue as to what power to give, ask. I have something in mind for all the signs. Zodiacs work on a first-come, first-serve basis. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.

Name~ Diana (Di) O' Connors.

Age~ Sixteen

Gender~ female

Appearance~ Icy gray eyes, flecked with gold and indigo, are framed with thick dark lashes. Skin is very pale, and hair is long and raven-like, the blue-black locks falling to her waist in messy, curly tumbles. Her face is shy and slightly lost the majority of the time, and she has an average enough height of five foot seven. She has a monroe, a stud in her upper lip and to the right slightly. She wears loose denim jeans, with baggy short sleeve shirts that are far too big. As for shoes, she wears combat boots.

Personality~ Shy and difficult to befriend. Protective of the few friends she does have. She has an intense hatred for her parents, and wishes them to vanish off the face of the earth with a burning passion.

History~ Born into a broken home, her father beat his mother. Her mother was not without fault, though. She was drug-addicted, and in turn beat her daughter harshly. She still has a scar below her right eye, going from the cheekbone to her jawline, that she got when he was six. She ran away when she turned fourteen, and lived on and off the streets since then, rarely bothering with school.

Appearance~ Long, chestnut brown locks fall to her waist, with deep indigo, emerald green, shocking pink, and azure highlights in her bangs, in a sort of feathery appearance. Her skin is lightly tanned, and her eyes are both chocolate brown with darker rings around the iris, and flecks of bronze. She wears loose, light-fabric, long-sleeved blouses that open up more towards her wrist, skinny jeans, and open-toed sandals. In other words, a very hippy like appearance. She stands at about five foot six, but has an air that makes her appear taller, without being intimidating. She has one tattoo, wrapping itself around her wrist, of a Karma saying; ''What goes around comes around~''. It's in the style of an almost bracelet like tattoo.

Personality~ Outgoing and fun to be around. Can be overly-bossy in stressul situations.

History~ Born and raised into a loving family, she moved out when she was fifteen because her father died, and her mother remarried an utter idiot. She thought he was self-centered and vain, and he was incredibly religious and tried to force her to become Catholic, going so far as to actually punch her in the face when she said the bible made no sense whatsoever. He broke her nose and it had to be reset.

Age~ 19

Gender~ Male

Appearance~ Leon is somewhat thickly built, but not overly muscular. He is about average height and a bit on the short side, but what he lacks in height, he makes up for in strength and attitude. He has dark ginger hair that is a little too long, and goes unbrushed, making a tangled "mane". His eyes are a deep soulless green, nearly black, and portray almost no emotion. Despite this, he holds his head high and walks with a sort of "strut". His normal attire is a t-shirt and jeans, but he will dress up on occasion in a nice shirt and vest, and even brush his hair once in a while.

Personality~ Leon is an intimidating looking person on the outside, and has a bit of a "napoleon complex". He doesn't care who you are, what you look like, or what you do. He's better than you in some way, shape, or form, and he knows it even if you don't. He can be possessive and a little overly aggressive to those whom aren't the closest to him, but if he really trusts you, then he is a loyal and die hard friend for life, and he would rather die than watch his closest friends suffer through anything.

History~ Leon was born into a large family where he was the only boy of six children, and a middle child. He was very protective of his five sisters, and would often rush up to anyone bothering them to give his sisters peace. When his youngest sister caught pneumonia, she was bed-ridden for a few antagonizing months before she had passed away in her sleep. Devastated,  Leon felt as if he had failed and went off on his own. He wanders the streets of busy cities, working odd jobs to make a living, but still holding his head high.

Power~ He goes into a berserk fit of uncontrolled rage when he feels threatened, or if he feels someone close to him is threatened. He often doesn't remember anything of it when he comes to.

Name~ Akello Addario

Age~ 17

Gender~ Male

Appearance~ Akello is lean and rather tall. He is not very muscular, but he makes up with intelligence. He has short and ruffled black hair that seems to shine with a blue tint to it. His eyes are a light and vibrant blue, a fine and happy color, showing his every emotion like an open book, but hidden by a thick set of black glasses. He has long legs and would seem to be a fast runner, but his strength is in swimming. In addition to his glasses, he wears a pair of blue goggles on his head, as he swims often. He is usually well dressed and can be seen most often wearing a long sleeved polo shirt with a vest and tie on top, and black jeans below.

Personality~ He is a bit of a rebel, but very timid when it comes time for action. He hates confrontation, and prefers to hide away from whoever he has to face than to actually talk to them. That does not mean he is a coward, but he does prefer to step back and calculate before making his move. He is very stubborn, and a little socially awkward when you first meet him. He softens up as you earn his trust though. To those he trusts, he is one big open book, and will easily confide everything to one person without hesitation if he thinks he can trust them. He can get depressed though at times, and then will not confide in anyone, not until what is ailing him is resolved. Due to his social awkwardness, and his timidity, he tents to get lonely easily.

History~ Akello is an only child, and his parents were rather neglectful. He was picked up by the government from his parents and thrown into an orphanage. He spent his early years there, hiding away from the rest of the world, with no one to accompany him but a small gold fish. The fish was his one companion until he was adopted out and his new parents had told him to get rid of the fish. He blantly refused, and managed to get away from them. He was taken in by a farmer living a few day's walk from the orphanage, and worked there until he turned 17, working by day, and at studying by night. He spent the days by the river, and just recently left to travel the world and to find his place.

Power~ He can communicate with fish, and vaugely understand other animals.
