Name~ Urei "Yuki" Kani.

Appearance~

Urei is rather small for a boy, standing at only at about 5'4" with a slender, near feminine build, but with the tightly packed muscle of a swimmer. His skin is a healthy pale and his platinum-blonde hair is kept at an average length where it's not too short, but still somewhat falls into his crimson eyes. These traits lead some people to think he might be slightly albino, especially with his Pure-Japanese heritage.
Very traditional, Urei often wears kimonos or other types of Japanese clothing, even when he goes into town. If he must were something non-traditional, he'll usually wear semi-short shorts, spaghetti strap tank tops, and flip flops. Sometimes, the tank tops will go down past his waist and cover his shorts. In those cases, he'll wear some sort of nice belt like an obi around his waist. He's not one to really care about whether his fashion sense is more feminine than masculine, although he does get a bit ticked off when people mistake him for a girl, which happens rather often, even when he's in a kimono.

Personality~ Urei is very much a Cancer and sadly, his bad traits tend to stand out more than his good ones. He often acts moody with a quick temper and is quick to sulk or storm off when things go wrong. Although he tries to act like he doesn't care about everyone, he easily gets attached to the ones around him and would always try his best to be there for them and wouldn't let them down. When first meeting someone, he's often unsure how to act and it gets awkward for him, so he tends to get quiet and shy.
History~ Urei was born to a well-off Japanese-American family who still stuck to their traditions in a Japanese community. Urei's clan was similar to almost the leader of the village, and he was the only grandson of the head of the family, his grandfather. The village would hold all traditions possible relating to Japan, including things like festivals.
Urei's family was big on acting and showing plays, and from a young age Urei was taught things like acting, dancing, and even singing, as well as playing some musical instruments.
Urei became quite skilled at it, and often played the lead female role, despite having females in his clan that could have done it. They said he had a softer, much prettier face and voice than them.
Only his clan knows about his powers, and have trained him to master them from a young age. They believe him to have been gifted his powers by a Yuki-onna. His powers actually inspired his stage name, Yuki, which means snow in his native language.
(I'm just going to stop there. I think that's enough and my brain has been slowly dying through his history.)
Power~ Controls Ice/Snow. His touch can freeze things and he can turn the moisture in the air around him into Ice or even create a blizzard.
