For a few months last year, I started a chain of very successful 1x1 role plays where I simply narrated for somebody else to hold their own adventure and you know what?

It was stressful.

I mean don't get me wrong, I liked it, and it really helped me out with my writing and all.

But it was really hard, keeping track of 6 role plays at a time, their characters, plots, and creating new storylines! (I DID IT BUT IT WAS HARD)

SO! I am looking for a partner who would like to participate in a role play of my own design. Yes it is a pokemon role play. But it is much more than that. 

To start, in order to participate, I would like you to read the first 3 chapters of my newest fanfiction Typeminders, which creates a unique world where humans can use the powers of pokemon, where pokemon have anthropomorphic forms, and more. Reading this is necessary, because it explains everything that would be much too hard for me to explain on here.

You must also be literate, and post decently lengthy posts when we role play. I may even ask to see a sample of your writing. I take this really seriously!

IF more than one person would like to join, I may consider it. I am limiting people to only one character per person, however each human character also will have control of their soul bound pokemon.

The region of Prenjún is still undecided for the most part, so if you feel like creating a new place, first confirm with me, and if I like it, it can be included. I may even include it in my story!

Pokemon are soul bound to people. That means that either they can be befriended and bonded to, or if they aren't so friendly, they can be beaten in battle and forcibly bonded to. POKEMON CAN ONLY BE ANTHRO ONCE THEY HAVE SOUL BINDED WITH SOMEONE. Soul binded pokemon can naturally speak common (english.)

Soul binding involves making physical contact with that pokemon, usually a hand on their forehead. They then glow brightly, and shrink into a baseball sized crystal the color of their typing. It is just like a pokeball. Humans can only soul bind to 6 pokemon, otherwise their soul would split into too many pieces (think horocrux's.)

Pokemon have both beast forms and anthro forms once soul bound. Many prefer to remain in anthro form unless in battle. In all sanctioned battles in Prenjún, the pokemon MUST be in beast form.

Normal born humans, to clarify, do not have visual markings to distinguish them for their typing. They instead are just more beautiful, taller, and live longer. Just exceptional normality. They may learn two magics, and soul bind with any type of pokemon. However, traditionally normal borns are weaker than typeminders with magic. Connor is an exception. In this role play, the rule will apply, not the exception.

If there are other holes that need to be filled, I will fill them at the beginning of the actual role play. Otherwise this should be enough information, combined with reading the first 3 chapters of the fanfiction, to give people an insight on what the role play will be like.

Mya (pronounced Mia) is a rather curious normal born.  From an early age, she was determined to learn to control the forces of grass and nature.  At age four, she decided to take up an apprenticeship with the village Grass Master, a Serperior named Nioro.  However, before she could begin her training, she had to use her raw, just-gifted abilities to retrieve a stolen Snivy egg.

Once the egg hatched, Mya was able to soul-bond with her, her being Snivia.  The two formed a fast friendship, and have lived together for eleven years.  Mya was also able to train in her Grass ability and began training in Pyschic.  They have been through a lot, and it took their combined efforts to convince Mya's mom to let them compete in the Tournament.  Mya is 15 years old, while Snivia is 11 in human years.
