Vol: It's more likely you'll end up with Gembond than Circuit because Circuit is a gem gene and they are more rare. At least I think that's how they work.
And yeah, what the others have said. You can find eggs by scavenging and it's all about luck.
You can also find them as Coliseum drops too. I've found two Arcane eggs that way.

Noctre: That's a lovely Imperial you've got as well. c: I'm actually hoping to get getting some Imperials here from my Wildclaws. I'm trying to stud four of them out and I've already found one of them a, hopefully, imperial mate.
I'm hoping for at least four Imperials if I can get them all studded out. :)
