Anyone need a Deoxys? Like, to help fill up your Pokedex or something? I can send three more of them from my Pokemon Ranger game (one for each of my Gen IV cartridges), so I'm willing to trade one. So... anyone want one? c:

Oh, and I'm also willing to trade level 1 Zoruas for those of you who missed the events for Celebi, Raikou, Suicune, and Entei. ;D

I'm thinking of RNG-ing my Pokemon, and I'm wondering if I'm the only one who's even thinking of doing it. I'm against hacking and I would never do it, but I'm starting to think RNG-ing Pokemon might not be so bad. It's technically not hacking since you're only changing the clock time and maybe a few other things, and after spending so much of my time breeding for good IV Pokemon with the right nature, I'm thinking it might be so much easier to just RNG to get them. I spend weeks breeding Pokemon, and the best I could manage would be 3 or 4 perfect IV's. But people who RNG get Pokemon with all perfect IV's, right nature, and in the process, they could even make it shiny. And all in a few minutes (or for some, maybe an hour or longer, but still). And the Pokemon are still legit since you're not hacking and only changing things around, such as clock time, to get good Pokemon. So.... do any of you RNG? And would RNG-ing be cheating? *doesn't want to cheat*

I'm not 100% sure what you're talking about but I think I've heard of it. If I understand it correctly then personaly, I would count it as cheating because you are altering the game to get something rare or time consuming in a shorter amount of time easier, but thats just my opinion :3

For the whole day I've been debating in my mind about whether or not I should RNG. It's so tempting to get legit (or at least, not hacked) Pokemon that easily, but I'm afraid that it might take the fun away from the game. I mean like, it's not fun when you could easily get powerful Pokemon with little effort. And it would make shinies worthless, too. Why chain or breed for shinies when you could just RNG one? Ughhh... I can't believe I'm actually taking a video game so seriously. >.<

Enough with my endless questions and complaints. Anyone want a cookie? xD

*eating cookie*
That was the side of the argument I usually bring up, but didn't post because I didn't want it to be long and ranty XD
I love how rare shinies can be because that makes them valuable and special....that and I enjoy finding a shiny patch and being so exited trying to remember the patches so I don't step in the wrong thing XD (i did that once...,i was so ticked XD)

Lol that makes me remember when I was chaining for a shiny Sentret. I had finally gotten to 40, and I was resetting my Pokeradar and everything, excited that I would finally find a shiny patch (or I thought so). Then, when I used the Pokeradar for the about the fifth time, instead of showing patches, it just showed text that read, "The grassy patch remained quiet..." I almost threw my DSi on the floor. :P

Okay. I'm not RNG-ing. I've decided. It just seems too cheap and would make the game way too easy. D:

Anyways, anyone have a ditto with all perfect IV's? *needs one for breeding* Also, if it's Jolly, that's an extra plus for me since I could give it an everstone to hold, which would make the offspring likely to be Jolly natured. *wants perfect IV Jolly Bagon* Then, I just leave the rest to luck and hope it will end up with perfect IV's. The father has 5 perfect IV's, so if I could get my hands on a flawless ditto to breed with it, it would be easy (or at least, easier) for me to get a good Bagon.

I need to break my bad habit of explaining things that don't need to be explained. *didn't need to explain about why she needs flawless Ditto*

Dragon, GTS negotiations is hard for me to use, too. I wait for what seems like forever for it to connect to someone, and when it finally does, they either turn out to be a hacker (I can tell from all their shiny Pokemon in a Master Ball), or they don't have any good Pokemon that I need/don't have. D:

Becky, congrats. :D My first shiny encounter on Black was when I was training my Mincinno to help me beat a gym leader, and a shiny Herdier appeared.

Pokemon is short for pocket monster, they originated in japan and now have a tv series, video game series, card game, and manga. Fundamentaly, pokemon is about taming surreal looking creatures, most of which resemble animals, and training them to become stronger in battles where neither opponent dies, and almost never has a serious injury
*explination over*
