i've finally relised why Donna is my fave compaion, there is no annoying romance sub plot, which is what i didn't like about both Rose and Martha oh and the whole Donna memory wipe thing makes me cry every time

Haha, the trailer I saw for a Youtube ad was completely different. Then again, it was the BBC America version, how they were all like "Doctor Who comes to America" and all that.

River Song has been hinting at that throughout the whole Doctor Who series. xD She's been hinting at some sort of personal relationship with the Doctor and it's still unclear.

Personal realtionship with the doctor... Seems kinda obvious. by the almost kiss in 0:08 into the offical bbc one trailer. Been reading through the first writer's tale. Hands up who got the Penny Carter reference in the first episode of series 4

I'm pretty sure River is some type of time traveller. Not sure if she's the same species as the Doctor (since time lords are their own race).

I don't think River Song will be a Time Lord. I think she will be Human. There have been other time lords in the Tardis before, and that didn't work out too well. (Cl*censored*ic Doctor Who) The one that springs to mind to me is Romana, it would be cool, if River Song was, but think it's hard enough to like her without adding the whole alien thing to the mix as well. There hasn't been another Time lord in the Tardis, (aside from the Master) since Cl*censored*ic Dr who. Wow.

I'm pretty sure River Song is human already, so there's no "will be"s. Even though she technically died before. But her time travelling is a bit non-linear to the Doctor's time travels. Meaning different time frames.

Well there are a few. LIKE will she be someone very significant to the Doctor, But i agree with you on the non-linear thing. If i remember rightly She joins the regular cast in series 6 http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Series_6_%28Doctor_Who%29 Also Finally a regular Guy Companion,(Why do i think of firefly when i write that? NVM) Rory may not be my favorite character but i have to say ABOUT TIME! Also Carrying on Story arc. Yay! Don't know why that makes me slightly happy but it does. Didn't she already hinted that she was going to be a significant other to the Doctor a long time ago? Rory wasn't the only guy companion the Doctor had, although the two I can think of was only temporary.

The last minute of the Doctor Who Rewind was the commercial I saw on Youtube. O: Haha, I would have seriously slapped the Doctor after that trick. xD But yeah, that blew my mind. No one needs to explain the whole episode to me, by the way.
