Luckily there are lots of wonderful things coming to keep us warm and fill our spirits! To mark the 1st of December: The Advent Calendar is now open! Visit each day of December to collect a festive prize. (We also think you'll enjoy the calendar's new look!) You also get a tu prize each day. Each consecutive day you collect a prize will raise the tu amount given, scaling a grand total of over 50 million TU! If you miss a day, the tu amount is reset. Those who collect at least 24 days of the Advent Calendar prizes will earn a special Snowdust Skin! ★★★ All players who also collect Advent Calendar prizes for a minimum of 24 days are entered into a raffle for Any Creatu of Their Choice! ★★★ Azure & Indigo Hatches Creatu during the Winter Event have a 2% chance to be hatched in the dye colors Azure & Indigo! Frostlight Effect During the Winter event players are able to obtain the Frost Light Icicle item that gives the Frostlight Effect. These can be found as prizes throughout the event, and by exploring the Ice Tunnels. There are many goodies to behold this winter season! I wonder what comes next?

Normal User Posts: 129	With winter setting in across the planets of Rescreatu, the conditions in Atquati and Scria's ice caves are perfect for exploring! The Divuin and Uilus hunts are now open! For each species, once you begin the hunt you have 48 hours to find as many eggs as you can. Be sure that you have actually begun your hunt and that the timer is ticking before you start searching! ⚠ You have until end of day December 28th to start your egg hunts. Players will not be able to start their hunts after that point. So make sure you've started yours before this date! (Once your timer runs out you will no longer be able to find eggs, but you can still dig through the ice and see what items you stumble across!) Rumor has it that Narwi eggs are proving to be rather elusive this year. Perhaps you'll be able to trade for some if you gather a good haul from your Egg Hunting endeavors? Santa Shuffle Everyone's favorite holiday game has made a return with a wide range of prizes to be won! You can try your luck once each half hour within every half hour. Confused? This simply means the game timer resets by the clock at the turn of the hour (:00) and at every half-hour (:30) Rescreatu Time. (Ex: You play Santa Shuffle at 10:28am. The game resets at 10:30am. Which means you get to play again once between 10:30am and 10:59am.) Will you collect a special prize or go home empty handed? Cash Shop It's time to bundle up in your nicest winter clothes. If you need something new, we have some warm and stylish outfits that are sure to catch some glances! Check them out in the Cash Shop during the Winter event.

Normal User Posts: 129	There's so much to do to be merry this time of year! Hanging stockings, wrapping gifts and preparing food. Not to mention all the decorations that need putting up! Hey, maybe you can help spread some joy with us? The Apple Tree is looking rather bare, and we could use some extra hands to spruce it up a little. See what decorations you can gather, and join your fellow citizens to make the tree brighter than ever before! This year you'll notice a whole new selection of Tree Decorating items to collect. Clear and Glittery Baubles, Thin Candles, Candy Canes, and Tinsel are what you're looking for! Also allowed are any Creatu Baubles or Creatu Candy Canes too. You'll find lots of these new decorations through the Toy Drive, while Exploring, in Daily Rewards, and from these NPC shops. Candle Shop, Craft Shop, Sweet Shop, Toy Store, and the Potion Shop! (What to do with your old decoration items? Check the Narwi Exchange below.) If you're persistent there are some enchanting milestone rewards in it for you, or perhaps you'll decorate to your hearts content to climb the top of the leaderboard? The leaderboard prizes are: Top 10 users 3 Mahina Eggs + 500 Relking Coins + Gold Trophy Top 25 users 1 Mahina Egg + 250 Relking Coins + Silver Trophy The milestones are: 100 items turned-in A festive looking Trophy to display your tree decorating efforts. 250 turn-ins 10 Winter Seasonal Eggs (4 Divuin, 4 Uilus, 2 Narwi) for you to care for! 500 turn-ins A set of mystic Spirit of Yule to enhance your holiday spirit and winter vibes. 1000 turn-ins A brand new Snow Dye Kit for your next creatu! 2000 turn-ins 200 Relking Coins, polished and shiny, for you to spend as you please. The purification of the Apple Tree during Halloween seems to have strengthened its branches! They are now able to bear the weight of more decorations. Though the leaderboard & points will close as soon as the tree is fully decorated, the tree decorating will remain open until January 7th, 2023 for you to try and reach those last milestones!

The Secret Santa is now officially open! List up to 12 of your most desired items and cross your fingers that a generous citizen grants your wish. For each item that you kindly donate to another user, you will be rewarded with a random Creatu stocking, each containing some special items related to that species. This adorably fluffy Mahina Stocking is our newest addition this year! The Divuin and guardian creatu stockings have also been updated with new clothes to keep you cozy. To celebrate this joyous time of year, Marcus is stocking the Striped Paper Hat! Drop by the Costume Shop to get yours now. They will be in stock for the duration of the Winter Event. The following recipes have been added to the Cooking Basin so that you can have fun creating a whole range of colored paper crowns: Striped Paper Crown + Small Bottle of [Color] Dye = [Dye color] Paper Crown Red Paper Crown + Green Paper Crown = Red and Green Paper Crown Red Paper Crown + Yellow Paper Crown + Blue Paper Crown = Multicolored Paper Crown Delicious Holiday Food For the rest of December, Latkes and Sufganiyots will be for sale in the Baked Goods shop! Cash Shop Stockings The Cash Shop is now stocking regular, Gold and Silver Cash Shop Stockings (previously called Credit Shop Stockings) until the end of December. Grab them while you can! The Cash Shop Stocking includes 1 random Natural Liyure, Kioka, or Omni squishy, along with 1 random Natural Liyure Mask, Kioka Circlet, or Omni Ribbon Mask, and a Cash Shop Egg Basket which gives you 1 of the current month's Cash Shop Creatu Egg! This basket can be used any month of the year. The Silver Cash Shop Stocking includes 1 random Black or Albino Liyure, Kioka, or Omni squishy, along with 1 Black or Albino natural Liyure Mask, Kioka Circlet, or Omni Ribbon Mask, and a Silver Cash Shop Egg Basket which gives you 1 random Cash Shop Creatu Egg (excluding mythicals)! The Gold Cash Shop Stocking includes 1 random Gold Liyure, Kioka, or Omni squishy, along with 1 random Gold Liyure Mask, Kioka Circlet, or Omni Ribbon Mask, and a Gold Cash Shop Egg Basket which gives you 1 Cash Shop Creatu Egg of your choice (excluding mythicals)!

Normal User Posts: 129	The Ice Tunnels are now open for your Creatu to explore! Will they follow the mysterious lights all the way to the end, or will they slip and fall on the ice? You can visit the ice tunnels with up to 5 Creatu per day, and each Creatu has 5 chances per day to make it to the end of the frozen labyrinth! If they succeed, you will receive a glyph matching their species and the tunnels will cast the Frost Light effect upon your Creatu. (Provided that the Creatu is adult and of a species that is able to receive this effect.) Collect all 33 glyphs to receive a prize of 5 Frost Light Icicles and 3 Narwi Creatu Eggs. Feeding an Ice Apple (from the Apple Tree) to your Creatu will grant it an extra turn in the Ice Tunnels, per apple eaten. (Reminder: Only the base form of Iubui can get the Frost Light effect in the tunnels. Planet Iubui forms can only obtain the effect from Frost Light Icicles.) The Ice Tunnels will be open until January 7th, 2023 at 11:59:59 pm Rescreatu Time.

Rescreatu's annual Winter Contests are now open for submissions! This season we are running four captivating contests: Art Contest: Choose your preferred medium and give us your best winter-Rescreatu-themed masterpiece. The options are endless! Baking Contest: Bake and decorate a delicious treat that resembles your favorite part of Rescreatu, whether it's an NPC character, an item, a Creatu or even a location, if you're feeling particularly ambitious. Caption Contest: Sure, a picture tells a thousand words, but sometimes that still isn't enough! Choose one of these classic Rescreatian scenes and breathe new life into it by constructing a clever caption or some dynamic dialogue. Human Avatar Costume Contest: It's getting chilly out there - time to open up the winter closet! With thousands of wearable items to choose from but only a limited number of slots in your Dream Builder, what outfit will you put together? (Be sure to check out the rules and judging criteria for each contest.) All participants will receive a wearable Pile of Snowballs as well as a trophy to show off their efforts. Each contest also has its own unique participation prize. You are welcome to enter multiple contests; in fact, you will receive the participation prizes for every contest that you enter. The winner in each category will receive the participation prizes as well as 50 Million Tu; a winner's trophy; their choice of an Eleodon or Mahina Egg, plus a Silver Cash Shop Stocking! For the baking contest, we are bringing back the Baking Contest Prize Apron! Winners will receive this in addition to the other prizes. Entries can be submitted until January 1st 2023 at 11:59:59pm Rescreatu Time. Once the window for submitting entries has closed, all users can anonymously vote on the entries immediately. Remember to keep your entries anonymous, and have fun!

Trade in your extra winter seasonal eggs and Creatu, and receive points to spend in the Exchange Shop for Narwi Eggs! This year the Narwi Exchange is also accepting other items from the events: Old Apple Tree Decorations, Gingerbread Creatu Cookies, Mysterious Ice Carving and Mysterious Wooden Carving. There are reports Creatu have been finding the Carvings while Exploring as well. Strange! Out of concern of trash pollution, they are collecting any and all Old Decorations used for the Apple Tree in the past. Things like candles, wrapping paper, christmas lights, etc. If you'd like to make a donation to the cause through the Exchange Shop, please consider getting yourself a fun Narwi Conservation Pack!✨ There are also milestone prizes you can earn! Accumulate points from the items you turn in, and you will receive prizes along the way. 200 points earned Trophy & Forum Avatar 600 points earned 3 Narwi Eggs 1200 points earned Atquati Lights background The Narwi Exchange will be open until January 7th, 2023 at 11:59:59PM Rescreatu Time.

Normal User Posts: 535	Feedback: Thanks staff for all the fun events and hard work behind-the-scenes. ^^ But is it possible to start Secret Santa earlier? Maybe around the first week of Dec? It feels like the Resmas isnt that festive without Secret Santa. Plus, opening Secret Santa earlier gives users more time to gift and receive gifts. I think we also started Secret Santa late last year... Edit: thanks crowflux for and staff for all the awesome new winter goodies. Yes i think we'll love it if there's an extension for Christmas events, especially Secret Santa ^^ ~

Normal User Posts: 129	Prices of tree decorating items in NPC shops have been greatly reduced based on feedback! We apologize for the change of items available for Tree Decorating without warning; This was an unintentional lapse in communication. Our aim is to alternate the decorations each year to even the playing field. These new decoration items will only be circulated through the Winter event, and will not be available to collect all year through NPC shops. This type of hoarding from previous events had built up in such a way that made it highly unfair. Thank you for your patience and honest input!

Normal User Posts: 674	Is there a way we can get a link to items missed on the advent calendar instead of just a grayed out box? Perhaps a grayed out version of the item instead, that's still interactable like the item links on days that you gathering (hopefully that makes sense)? Art by Zen

Normal User Posts: 1,443	Is there a reason the Narwi exchange Items section is coded to be checkboxes instead of dropdowns like everything else? It takes forever to load if you have a lot of items and selecting them is just as bad if not worse. I have to sit for over a minute for the page to load because I simply have too many items but the dropdown ones load very fast even though I actually have more of the items in the dropdowns than the Narwi items. I know it's a big ask but since there's no leaderboard to worry about is there a way to get that changed possibly?

(Remember, even after all the branches have been filled for the leaderboard competition, you can still decorate the tree to complete your milestones!) Do come by when you have a chance. ♥ The Winter Event has been extended to end of day Saturday, January 7, 2023! 🎄 We hope this helps everyone have some more time to reach their holiday goals this year. This means you now have until end of day Thursday, January 5th to start your seasonal egg hunts.
