One of a Kind effects are only available through purchase at the credit shop for 1000 cash points. The ordering list is closed, but will likely open soon because the remaining effects are merely waiting to be coded. Cash points (in case you don't know) have to be purchased using real money. 1000cp is roughly equal to $100. Sometimes users sell their cp for tu at a rate of 500-600k being equal to 1 cp.
At Christmas the past few years, they've had a raffle related to the advent calendar. Visit the calendar all days of the month of December and your name is put into a raffle for a free OAK slot. That's where I got mine~ ;w;
Users may also hold contests of their own for OAK slots they've purchased as well.
