You can purchase Cash Points (commonly referred to as CP) from other users using your TU. Prices can vary, but you can get a general idea of the prices that CP sells for by heading over to the Sales & Trades subforum.
Once you decide to buy CP from another player, that player then goes to Reiflempor Square in Reiflem and accesses the CP Transfer page where they can send you the CP!

What gravy said :) Or alternatively you can bye credits (not cash points) from the Cash shop with tu, however you can only buy certain items with credits as not all CS items are available this way.
