Basic creatu costumes
Berrok, Chimby, Basic iubui, Viarindi, Zaphao, Meiko, Omni, Otachie, Shaefu, Tessuri, Wyrae, Mahina, Liyure, Kioka
Event items & other stuff
Iluvu ears and tail, Ebilia wings and tail, Jaaku horns, Easero wings, Vaspi wings, Iluvu gloves, Aukira tail feathers, Jaaku cloak

the crafting recipes all use the same format.
clothing item + small bottle of dye = dyed clothing
clothing item + fabric paint = painted clothing

creatu costumes can only have a color that the pet has.
this means that if a pet doesn't have a color then the costume cant be made yet.
as such cs creatu do not use fabric paints beyond black, achro and albino.
