I was once a boy addicted to virtual pet online games, and Rescreatu was one of my favorite.

I'm dragged here by the power of nostalgia, and find the current Rescreatu to be even more impressive.

But I'm not sure whether there used to be workout system,
where you stretch and workout your pets in order to raise their stats?

I can't find them,
am I missing something?
Or am I confused with other virtual pet online games?

Nono, you're thinking of the right site, the whole battle system is currently being re-coded, which includes training. 
You can still easily raise Intelligence stats by reading books to your pet and some special items raise other stats, but they're hard to come by.
