Can anyone tell me what the Enchanted Axolotl from the Enchanted Springs does? Anyone? I want to know how to price it in my Merchant Shop. Thanks, everyone!

It's an everlasting toy and awards a forum avatar when played with. You can search other users' merchant shops using the search bar up top right, with Shops selected. You can also use the Item Database under Information to see how much the item has sold for recently.
