my human avatar (not the pet one) is on default and ive tried to change her hair and stuff but she still stays the same is there something im doing wrong .... thankyou everyone :)

from here you can change your hair, eyes, nose etc. 
Just dont forget to click save! D:

then to add clothing click " your wardrobe" 
equip the cloths you want and once again, don't forget to click save!

sometimes it can take awhile for the changes to be visible, when you some out of the Body features/ wardrobe tab. I hard refresh (F5) and my image updates though this method seems to differ from person to person. 

If you're features and cloths still dont change send in a support ticket
