I'm an Ancient player, I've been on and off for years, and cannot find this information anywhere: when do the NPC shops refresh items?
I know it used to be every quarter-hour res time, but I just refreshed at 7.44-7.45, which gave me a dye kit pattern, and then at 7.50 when it changed to one of those new dye kits, so clearly that isn't the case any more.
