I put a couple of dye kits, flowers, and other items in my storage, but I cant seem to find my storage anymore... Where can I retrieve my items again?

if they're in the storage, then go to the bank (click Tu or navigate), and in the bar directory it should say Storage. I think that's how you'll find it. ^^
unless it's not in the storage, because then I misunderstood your question. sorry!
