how do i train my pets and what does it benefit me

Hello, training was around for the battle system. They're both being re-coded at the moment so you can't train your pets. 

You can use certain items to raise some stats of your pets though. 
For example, books will raise the intellect of your pet. 
There's various other items that raise other stats too, such as the fruit from Kir's shop.
