Regarding my daily routine, it may be a bit different from yours as I am a Merchant rather than a Rancher. For Ranchers, one of the usual ways of trying to make TU every day is to hatch their three eggs and try to get a colored Creatu to sell in their Rancher Shop. You can also try to give your Creatu a nice name (such as a real word name) and sell those. People love to buy good names. You also have the option of selling your hatches to other players, usually done though the Shoutbox. Each hatch usually sells for 100k-150k. The user sends you the eggs they want hatched, and you let them know what colors you get and send them back whichever Creatu they want to keep. This is pretty cool because they'll sometimes let you keep nice Creatu if it wasn't the color they were looking for. :)

Other than that, there's plenty to do here! I recommend checking out all of the game and seeing which you like. The Stock Market (under Skill on the Games page) is a great place to make TU. As a rule, I usually buy at ~20 and sell at ~200 or more.
