Umm I wouldn't say it's more profitable to live on any certain planet, however there are some perks to certain ones, for example you can fish in relcore if you live there. I don't think there are any other perks currently, I know you used to be able to visit certain shops like staff memorabilia for Atquati and Freaky Toy for Scria but I think now they've made it so you can go regardless of your home planet.
