Oh hey, I'm new too! I've actually got no idea what's going on. It seems like 1/3 of the links I click don't go anywhere, especially on buildings in scria, and in the games section, most of the quests are out of season, I guess?
The site is still expanding, so naturally some of the links don't have uses as of yet. Sometimes, you have to live on a certain planet to be able to visit some of those buildings, and yes. A few of the Quests are out of season. xD
Saying that, it shouldn't be long now until Rescreatu is updated to "version 3", where hopefully there will be new added features, and bunches of other improvements. <3
