When your eggs finish incubating, then you may hatch them. If you are a rancher, you have 3 daily hatches, and if you are a merchant, you have only 1.

To find eggs, you need to Explore on all 4 of the Rescreatu planets, which are Atquati, Scria, Relcore and Reiflem. To make TU (money), you can try the games section :)
