First off, you need to upload it to some sort of image host. Photobucket, ImageShack, and TinyPic are all good ones. Once uploaded it will give you a direct link. Copy that then got to Preferences > Profile. There, type this into the box.

<img src="(Your Link)"> Replace the (Your Link) With your image URL. And thar you go. :3
