So I tried training at the training center and after stretching it said my creatu was injured, how do i fix that?

Get a super healing potion.

Super Healing potions aren't functional at the moment though so they really won't help you at this time. Staff is still working on fixing them so for now, when a creatu gets injured all you can really do to heal them is wait until reset.
