That's it. Alpha and Omega plays a story of Humphrey, from the Western Pack, and Kate. Humphrey crushes on Kate and was crushed when he heard the news - Kate was going to be married to Garth, Eastern Pack's alpha. On the night of their wedding, Kate decides to take a break from Garth, who howls so horribly even the birds fall. That's when she met Humphrey, and they were captured by two hunters. They were taken from their home ,Jasper National Park, to another park, where they meet a bald goose and a duck who help them get back to Jasper. But then, as they got on a truck, the truck had to be filled with gas. That's when Humphrey needed to pee and gets down, and eats a cupcake. In an attempt to shoot Humphrey, a man shot a hole in the fence where Humphrey and Kate escape. Humphrey then plays with a bear cub , and makes him cry. The parents then push Humphrey and Kate off the cliff and they go skiing.
The next they they woke up and found themselves lying side by side each other . In the meanwhile, Garth has taken a fancy to Lily, Kate's sister. Lily had taught Garth to howl properly. This is when Winston , Kate's father, demands for Kate's return.
Kate then returns with Humphrey, and Eve, Kate's mother, found them together and starts attacking Humphrey. Kate stops her mother in time, and then Kate and Garth get married again.
At the last stage where they rub noses to symbolize acceptingness of the other party, Kate broke herself off. "I can't," she said. When Tony, Garth's father, demands the reason of this, for he thought that it was on purpose, Kate explained that she loved Humphrey. "No, he's an Omega. You're breaking the Wolf Law." Tony defiantly dejected.
Garth shook his head and said that he also liked an Omega - Lily. The two couples then marry each other.
