Animating banners and drawings.

Normal User Posts: 1,416	Question 1: So I see in the graphic commissions some people know how to add animation to banners. Like fading or blinking text, etc. Can you do it using GIMP or what? Question 2: Is there a program or something that allows you to do animate art? I don't really want to do hard animation just something simple like blinking.

Normal User Posts: 1,731	There is no program to just 'animate art'. (if there is it must be worth a lot. o3o) Animations are done frame by frame. Except for those pro animating companies. They have some kind of trick I'm sure. Or maybe not. Not sure if I helped, lol.
