i cant believe thier showing it september 3rd. its a total rip off date. becuase its not even really in summer and its like 3 months from now. i hate camp rock and thier rip off dates. i bet thier allready done with the movie. why show it 3 months later? also, i really fed up with disney channel. the whole channel is weird. it used to be cool but they messed it up. nick is in the same road as disney channel. its turing into disney channel, only 1 cartoon and the rest is for teens and babies. |

I miss the good old cartoons. :'c There used to be more. AMERICAN DRAGONNNNNN~ I loved that Jake kid. I actually wanted to marry him. Nick I will always love as long as they play Spongebob. XD

American dragon was awesome until the artist changed and they all looked like shriveled pieces of noodles that were stretched out for about an hour and he looked more chinese than american. ;P T.V. is honestly going down the drain for me. I can't stand Disney Channel at all. I avoid it. I can't even explain everything about it that bothers me, except that most everything on it is a twisted portrayal of reality that kids try so hard to be like. Slap me if I sound biased but I'll stick to my word. Nick has been headed down the drain. What was once actual humor is now nothing more than immature cartoons filled with something disgusting and lots of violence as they try too hard to be 'amusing'. Want a perfectly good example? Sponge Bob. I will say I used to be a fan of it. I miss the old episodes with real humor. Humor that wasn't trying to harm someone in every other scene, or make Sponge Bob appear like a total prick as he ruins everyone else's lives. Just. Ugh. And I don't even want to start about other shows. I though Nick was CARTOONS. Seems iCarly and whatever True Jackson or something are now the best CARTOONS that the show has to offer. Cla.ssic. I'll avoid talking about Cartoon Network as well. I don't watch T.V. anymore, honestly. Aside from Discovery Channel, Animal Planet and the History Channel nothing is appealing to me anymore. If anything, I'm just waiting for the day when more people protest against the cr.ap that they show on there now. Not like my rant matters at all.

Disney/Nick/Cartoon Network aren't the only channels with comedy. Try NBC (Community and 30 Rock FTW), Fox, ABC, or Comedy Central, or make friends with someone who has Showtime/HBO. Chances are you've all lost interest in these kid's shows because you're maturing and your interests and humor are changing. You have to keep in mind these shows are directed towards what is likely a younger audience. You probably remember the older shows being good because you were that target audience when it was airing. I'm sorry to say it, guys, but you're going to outgrow these channels someday... If you find the jokes are starting to bore you, I recommend moving on to something TV-PG or TV-14 (using the US system). Although personally I find that there's still some entertainment to be found in shows that are geared toward a younger audience. Flapjack and Adventure Time are pretty cool, so is Chowder but I heard they canceled it. It really just depends on your style though, some people enjoy one type of humor and some enjoy another. |

I haven't been watching that much TV lately and the shows I do watch aren't on a lot of those channels...It seems like a lot of cartoons are just...Bleh. The only cartoons I watch anymore is Avatar The Last Airbender. I do like iCarly but it isn't my favorite. I think that the only ones on Disney that are good are The Suite Life On Deck, Good Luck Charlie, and Wizards Of Waverly Place and a lot of those aren't even good. All other shows seem...Stupid. I like shows like House and 24 so it is what I like I guess. Lol. |

and the one where spongebob and patrick riase the baby clam, so it can fly, and when the clam leaves patrick in the end was like " lets have another" and spongebob lit up. but that wasnt in the new epidsodes. like old. honesty, i HATE sonny with a chance! its wierd. and not funny at all. i also dont like the troop. more like the poop! true jackson isnt good either, just confusing and stupid. the seven secrets with maranda cosgrove was okay, but seven secrets with keke plamer? really? i think spongebob is turning Gay. so is patirck, squidward is still the same thow. |

I used to like Spongebob, but now it's stoopid. >( I do, though, love animal planet and Discovery. :D I like the Planet Earth show and that new one called Life. They are very interesting, and I learned alot from them. I only watch T.V. when there's nothing interesting on Res, or when I'm not out with freinds and family. |

I find it hilarious that Disney believes all of their actors can magically double as singers. I don't like Good luck Charlie at all. I HATE Miley Cyrus's show with a p*censored*ion, not just because I don't like her, but because its dumb. I barely ever watch tv anymore ((my sister hogs it anyway)) but flapjack is also really annoying and seemingly pointless. They DDI cancel Chowder. They show reruns of it but they don't make new ones. I only watch Animal planet and NCIS now :P To many adultarated jokes in spongebob these days/ Even in the old ones like with te jellyfishers group spongebob longed to be in. They took him to jelly fis fields and he pulled down the back of his pants showing his butt holding all their items. And the beach episode with spongebob and patrick where they build sandcastles, spognebob says "Wanna see something amazing patrick" suggestivly, reaches down is pants, and pulls out a frisbee. Disgusting.

Disney channel is a big heap of cash. That's why they suck ;D Everything is commercial, nothing is done for the sake of art anymore. None of the Disney movies are artistic. Even Princess and the Frog carried the putrid stench of commercialism that you smell on the Hannah Montanas and Jonas Brothers. You like musical numbers? We'll make the characters break into song every five mintues (referring to Princess and the Frog)! Oh ho ho? Asian cartoons are 1337 now eh? Everything will look like Japanese! Wolverine's cool? We'll buy Marvel and make him CHILD FRIENDLY! 3D cartoons are the future? Digital films are have higher quality art? (though they have forgotten that Digital films are not limited only to 3D but you can actually make extremely beautiful digital films that are 2D; they look even better than 3D digital films in my opinion. It's eye candy for people like me. In fact Spirited Away's a digital film; why don't they ever try animating something like that? Oh yeah, it's time consuming and won't make much cash in short term... Plus it'll win an award for art. Then that'll just make it more appealing to older audiences and their little younger cash cows won't really help them make more cash) We'll make everything 3D. We'll even make it available the 3D cinemas! Kids think it's cool to watch 3D films! You like funny bits? We'll make everything funny! It's so funny that everyone's OOC! No one has any constant characterisation! (Many movies that have sequels put in funny bits all the time. They change the character's personality so that their funnier and play a smaller part (Eg. General Li Shang in Mulan II, no constant characterisation). The fact that kids like funny bits makes directors always make huge wad loads of funny bits so that they like it more. Generally, this sort of makes the movie have less of a focus on it's storyline and makes completely no sense at all. I actually hate it when my brother complains that there are less funny bits in a movie and he only likes the funny bits. But he's a kid and it can't be helped.) You little tweens enjoy swooning over boy bands? Like the Jonas Brothers? We'll give them a TV show, even though they're not trained as actors! (I actually feel sorry for the Jonas Brothers and stuff. Miley was lucky be able to break away from Disney). You want more cartoons? You like cartoons? We'll commission a thousand studios to make cartoons that don't even have the time to refine their art or sc
ript! The main character needs a love interest? Even though she's only 5 years old (reffering to Lilo and Stitch)? We'll give her one! Then she can dump her koala in Japan so he can be 1337! We'll make FIVE HUNDRED SEQUELS! 8D (Which is completely ironic, since Walt Disney himself said that he hated sequels since it's just nice to end it as one movie. But they've made a sequel for nearly every single film he made). We'll also put in a love interest for the main character if they didn't have one in the first film! Then we'll make them go back in time over and over and over again (reffering to Cinderella's several sequels). Then we'll see watch will happen if something didn't happen and then it will totally twist the whole story! We'll choose the funniest character since kids LOVE funny bits. This isn't just Disney that's like this. Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network are becoming like this too. It's just that they're mutaing at a slower pase. It's not even the TV shows that are just like this. It's the WHOLE AMERICAN CINEMA! I haven't seen a single non commercial film from the US in the cinema in I dunno, years? That's why I've started watching European and Asian films. I'm an Arthouse fan and even the country with the world's largest industry in film can't make anything decent. Everyone just wants millions of bucks for they can splurge it one houses yachts, people of the opposite gender and children from Africa. I don't see why some actors get angry and leave the production of a film if it's not going to pay them millions of dollars. It's not like they're going to use that cash anyway. You can tell how annoyed I'm at the US cinema. Yup. That was a really long rant O_O

I agree. Nick and Disney are for little, little kids. And they hint out sexual things as jokes. It's not right. I can't believe what's happened to Spongebob. It's disgusting. He used to be clean and funny, but now... Ew. Now, he's not funny. He just TRIES to be annoying to every other character. For me, seeing a character annoy other characters... Just isn't humorous. It just seems dirty now. It ruined everything. In my opinion, iCarly is okay. Just not the best.

Suite Life On Deck was ruined once they went on deck. It was better in Boston.

Cartoon Network got stupid once they moved to only on cable TV's.

Pft. My family's worked for the Disney animating studio for a few generations now and it's just getting lamer and lamer with every show they put out. The movies are getting much better, but the TV series are making American animations look like a complete joke. They need to stop making these lame cartoons and start airing Brandy and Mr.Whiskers again omg. :C
