adding on to people who are concerned about their appearances
Let me tell you I know a girl who was as thin as a stick but she still had stretch marks!!

I've studied nutrition a bit in my IB course so I have a vague idea on what you could do to lose weight.
meat and veg has halv the um, I forget, energy intake? that carbs have. So really less carbs and more meat and veg is good especially because fibre keeps you feeling full longer but without you storing up anything as fats.

If you want to lose weight, I would also say diligence is as important as acceptance. It's very easy to say 'I'll eat healthier' but a lot harder to do! Don't be half-arsed about anything, if you're going to lose weight in a healthy way stick to your plans whenever possible. You can indulge but save it for maybe a certain day in the week. If you want to indulge more in snacks and sweets you have to compensate with maybe more exercise or missing it out later.

One way is to also cut down your three big meals into six smaller -but healthier- meals. This means you can have meals more frequently to satisfy munching urges but you don't eat more than you should. Try not to snack if you can, (but the main reason I can easily suggest no snacking is because I genuinely can't eat junk food and sweets without feeling sick...)

Or -this is also a very economical way- if you have a lot of willpower which I fail to have. Do a tactic one man did by being vegetarian five days a week and having meat on weekends. he did it mainly because of how unethical it is to eat meat but he also said it helps him lose weight.

But most of all, think you're beautiful. Healthy people are the best looking people! ;o And if a special someone can't see you as attractive then pay no attention to them. Because really, do you want someone who can't accept you as you are? Besides, on a side note, I think guys can end up looking past appearances, I've seen many girls who can win over guys not with looks but with beautiful personalities.
Parents are parents, mine would often tell me to lose weight when I was younger (and now she's telling me I'm losing too much ahahaha uni life). They are concerned at times but ultimately decisions are yours.

Finally the reason few commented with actual eating disorders is simply this: it takes a lot of guts to face yourself and say you have a problem. So I think you're very brave Myth to come up and assess that you have problems with your diet because that is the first step to doing something about it! c:

I actually don't know if any of this helps. I just want to talk ;w;

XD Thanks, Raru <3
I have no idea how that guy went being a vegetarian 5 days a week, I've found that when I want something, I either have to have all of it or none of it to be satisfied.
I'd have to be either a full time vegetarian or just stay.... er, omnivorous? XD
