I'm sorry if this thread has another been posted by another. I looked through about 5 pages and found no threads that's the same. (At least not past October '10)

Anyways! If this thread is validated, what's your favorite TV show? You can post more than one, but please give reasons why!

Here's mine:

Doctor Who- Witty, funny, charming, smart.. Simply an amazing show with tons of unique characters with an interesting storyline.

Chuck- Sort of a geeky sort, comedic action type. About spies, sort of dramatic at times, but it is also charming. :D

Comedy Central Presents- The stand-ups are quite funny sometimes.

Tosh.O- Love it. Makes fun of random videos and topics with no mercy. xD

Wizards of Waverly Place- Don't know why, but I've been watching since the first episode, so I'm kind of hooked.

Phineas & Ferb- Also charming and cute at times, love the ironic jokes that they make. Really mature for a cartoon show but doesn't go overboard with it. (although the singing sort of annoys me at times)

Phineas and Ferb is love.

It's just. So hilarious. xD And they can make a song out of just about anything.

I'd also agree with Jemi on Firefly and the Big Bang Theory. Firefly 'cause, hey. Space-Westerns are just awesome.

And Big Bang has both an awesome intro and humor that just pegs it perfectly.

Although, I do feel weird laughing at some of the dirtier jokes around my dad. x3

Ahm. House, of course. Don't think I even have to explain this one. xD

And Avatar. I swear, it's the best, most thought-out cartoon I can even think of. Everything came back and had some significance at some point.

That's what made the ending so freaking amazing.

It's hilarious along the way, too, hah.

If anime counts, omg Trigunnn. ♥ It was pretty much the first anime I really grew to love. I'd seen a couple anime before it, but Trigun just took the cake for me.

Mostly with a nice balance of humor (and I swear, Mister Nightow's sense of humor is pure amazing xD) and story, kinda like Avatar has.

Now if only they'd hurry up and dub that movie. >:U

And I haven't quite finished it yet, but Hellsing's pretty good too. Just wish it didn't have so darn little explanation for things. o_o I pretty much went through the TV series feeling completely confused.

So far the OVA's been much better about explaining stuff and actually wrapping situations up though, so.

Seinfeld: funny
Community: funny
Iron Chef: delicious food + Mario Batali/Alton Brown goodness
30 Rock: also funny
Glee: Sue Sylvester
Lost (minus the last episode): captivating. The last episode was a let down though.

Lul, Yoshi. The OVA's much better. And it doesn't have that freaky red sky. ;3;

Courage the Cowardly Dog has always been my favorite TV show, because it's an innocent type of disturbing, if you know what I mean...

The new shows on Cartoon Network somewhat disturb me. x.x

I always feel I grow a little bit more dumb from watching them. xD;

I agree.  Chowder, adventure Time, Flapjack, Normal Show...they're all turning into Robot Chicken-esque shows that young kids shouldn't be watching.  I mean, even Family Guy and American Dad have been moved from their late-at-night slots to middle of the day!

I agree, Jemi. Minor violence in those old cartoon shows weren't that bad. Now they're showing shows that seems like what a drugged up person would see.

Cartoon Network should be renamed Young Adult's Network.  The current stuff isn't funny.  Flintstones and Scooby-Doo were funny and interesting and the characters weren't retarded.

The red sky was kinda funny. Like dramatic pauses - they're supposed to (and can) be awesome, but hamming 'em up.. doesn't work.

Same for the red water in that one scene where Seras was getting all upset over the officer-guy's death. So random. xD

Courageee.

Is definitely awesome. Although, I watched a couple episodes recently and was like. lolwoah. I don't remember this being so.. weird.

FFFFF, I am a fan of Chowder and Adventure Time myself.

Flapjack is one jacked-up cartoon however.

Makes me want to cry and watch The Pink Panther. XD

Red water ftw.

Bloody hell, wasn't even the moon red at times? XDD
