1) cut chicken cutlets thinly, dip in whipped eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs. fry in pan. Put mozarella on top and put in broiler to melt if desired. serve with spaghetti.
I always used to like making mini-pizzas on French bread. They rocked. |D Sadly though, our toaster oven went and broke. I'm not really sure if an actual oven would work.. but if you have a toaster oven, you should try 'em. :3
Pretty much, you just need some sauce, cheese, and a bread of your choice (as I said, I like French bread, although before that I used English muffins), as well as whatever other toppings you want. Toasting them for five or so minutes should work. P:
