But....what if he's just kidding?

What if he got "zapped"?

What if he's just doing a dare and is going to make fun of me for being gullible after saying yes?

Ony of my friends hacked his account and sent the message.

And not only will he read this, he'll also know I like him.

That is so mean of those people!! D8 The person who did that shouldn't be your friend anymore. Friends aren't your friends if they do that.

Next time you see the guy, deal his ego a blow and tell him he's a jerk.  Preferably in front of all his friends. 

... Why all the hostility? xD No need to ruin your relationships with people over a simple joke, right?

I'm sure it won't be the disaster you're making of it. Hey, it might even be a good thing he knows. You can never really know until you let it all out and hope for the best.
